The massive 40,000 capacity music festival is coming to Margam next summer – and organisers have now confirmed some of the musicians and stars who will perform.

The first wave of performers for an epic new music festival coming to Wales next summer has been announced.

Chart-toppers including Scouting for Girls, The Vaccines, Tinie Tempah, The Hoosiers, Gabrielle, Gwenno and Soul 2 Soul are among the first list of stars confirmed for In It Together festival in June 2022.

The headline acts are expected to be announced in the coming days.

The inaugural 40,000-capacity music festival at Margam is the latest venture from leading events company Escape Records, renowned for running top events – including Inside Out, Colour Clash and Party At The Park.

Dubbed the “biggest ever festival of its kind in Wales,” the festival will see eight stages of music, as well as comedy and drag performances, circus activities and activities based around wellbeing and mental health.

Whilst organisers are still keeping the headliners for the festival underwraps, the first phase support line-up features huge names and some up-and-coming talent too.

Sharing a graphic of the “first phase announcement” of performers on social media, staff at In It Together festival said: “First phase support line up announcement.

“Headliners are almost ready to reveal themselves but for now, the first wave of support acts is here.

“Global superstars The Vaccines, Armand Van Helden, Tinie Tempah, Lovely Laura & Ben Santiago, Scouting For Girls, Soul 2 Soul and many more are joining us next June.

“This rich, family-friendly melting pot of music, entertainment and culture brings together 40,000 people at Old Park Farm, Margam.

“Tickets will go on sale to those who pre-registered on October 22 at 10am and start from just £49 for three-day weekend camping!”
