COVID-19

What is your policy on Covid 19?

In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any outdoor gathering (including the Festival). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of COVID 19 and we will make you aware of these measures. However, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other Festival attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Festival will have COVID-19. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch COVID-19 at the Festival or for any illness or death of any Festival attendees caused by COVID 19.

  • You understand and accept that you will be attending the Festival and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.
  • To help us to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we ask that you do not attend the Festival if you have tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of the commencement of the Festival, you display any symptoms of COVID 19; you live with somebody who displays symptoms of COVID 19 or who has tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of the commencement of the Festival; or you are otherwise required to self-isolate.
  • Follow all guidelines and/or entry requirements notified by us to you and which will apply to your attendance at the Festival. This may include testing on entry or prior to attending the Festival. We may be required to amend our guidelines before or during the Festival and ask that you comply with any updated guidelines notified to you;
  • Follow all government guidelines (which may be updated from time to time);
  • Download and use the government’s official COVID 19 tracing app or provide your contact details to a member of Festival staff as directed upon entering the Festival for the purpose of notifying you where you may have come into contact with somebody who has tested positive for COVID 19;
  • You notify us if you test positive for COVID 19 after attending the Festival so that we can notify attendees who may have come into contact with you whilst at the Festival.
  • You understand that we have the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse entry to any attendee who we reasonably believe may display COVID 19 symptoms or who may not have followed Government guidelines or our guidelines or entry requirements;
  • We require that any attendee leaves the Festival where we reasonably believe that they may not be complying with these terms or any of our or Government guidelines in force in relation to COVID-19.

If In It Together Festival is cancelled or postponed due to Covid 19 will I be able to receive a refund for my ticket?

All tickets come with Covid 19 Moneyback guarantee.

You will be eligible for a refund of the full face value of your ticket. In the event of postponement of the festival, the ticket holder may elect to either use the existing ticket for the rescheduled date or apply for a refund. Refunds for rescheduled events, whereby you cannot attend the rescheduled date, will be offered via an automated email sent from Skiddle. You must follow the link within the email to request your refund within 7 days of the cancellation email being sent, or before the rescheduled event takes place (whichever is sooner). If you are aware of a rescheduled event, but do not receive an email, please contact custcare@skiddle.com immediately. We cannot accept any refund requests outside of the periods stated above. Other fees such as Booking Fees, Handling/Postage fees, Charity Donations and Ticket Refund Protection are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Date & Opening Times

When is In It Together?

In It Together takes place on Friday 26th to Sunday 28th May 2023. There will also be an exclusive campers party on Thursday 25th May.

What are the festivals opening times?

The campsite will open at 9am on Friday 26th and will close at Midday on Monday 29th May 2023. The festival site will be open from 11am until 2am on Friday and Saturday and 11am-11pm on Sunday.

Age Restrictions

Can I bring my children?

In It Together is open for all ages. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any adult is responsible entirely for the safety and welfare of any Infant and/or Child and/or Teenager in their party. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

A Challenge 25 policy will be in place on all bars and may be asked to provide evidence of your age with valid photographic ID (Driving License or Passport.)

I am under 18, can I attend without an adult?

Yes we have a designated Teen campsite for 16-17 year olds. No alcohol is permitted on this site and strict searches will be conducted.

Can I bring my grandparents?

Yes everyone is welcome at In It Together and we want you to bring the grandparents for free! Sign up here.

Tickets

Where are the tickets terms and conditions?

Tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions listed here ?

Our primary ticketing partner is Skiddle and if you have any issues with your tickets please contact custcare@skiddle.com.

Please only purchase from our Official Ticket Partners and beware of unauthorised ticket agents including Ebay, Gumtree, Viagogo etc to avoid disappointment. Fraudulent tickets will be cancelled on discovery and you will not be granted access to the festival.

What is the difference between VIP tickets and general release?

Club Miami is our dedicated VIP area for those over the age of 18 and is the perfect way to experience In It Together. You will be given access to our exclusive VIP area which boasts a cocktail bar & upgraded toilets for VIP use only, which also avoids queuing. A viewing garden and a chance to rub shoulders with some of the country’s most influential people.

Can I upgrade to camping tickets?

Yes you can please email custcare@skiddle.com who will be able to assist.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Whilst we are unable to offer a refund, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend or family member if you can no longer attend.

What tickets should I purchase if I am staying in a campervan?

You will need to purchase camping tickets as well as a campervan pitch. You will also need to purchase a parking pass for any towing vehicles.

Getting To In It Together

How do I get to In It Together?

In It Together takes place at Old Park Farm, Water Street, Margam, Port Talbot SA13 2TG and is easily located by car, train or coach.

Will there be coaches to In It Together?

Parking

Can I park at In It Together?

Yes, we have parking on site. Passes are available at a cost of £20 per vehicle. Please be aware parking will be allocated on a first come first served basis so we recommend booking in advance.

What time does the car park open?

The car park will be open from 9am on Friday 3rd June and will close at midday on Monday 6th June.

Can I leave and re-enter In It Together car park?

There will be two car parks, one for Weekend Camping and one for day visitors. All those with Non Weekend camping will park with the day tickets. Please note you will need to purchase a parking ticket.

Can I go back to my car once I’m in the campsite?

In It Together does not allow pass outs to the car park during the festival. However, you will be allowed multiple trips when unloading / loading your car.

How far is it from the car park to the campsite?

The car park is a short walk to the campsite.

Camping

Can you camp at In It Together Festival?

Yes, camping is a big part of the In It Together experience. As well as the usual amenities, the sites have camping convenience stores, a selection of breakfast food traders as well as access to showers, toilets and a dedicated BBQ area. You can also upgrade your camping experience by booking one of our Boutique Camping packages.

What time does the campsite open and close? 

The campsite opens at 9am on Friday 26th may and will close at 12pm on Monday 29th May.

Is there early access to the campsite on the Thursday, 2nd June?

Yes, there will be an early access add on you can purchase for Thursday entry to the campsite from 12pm. The add on includes an exclusive campers party.

Can I reserve my pitch?

General campsite pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. However you can purchase a pre-pitched tent in the VIP campsite hosted by Pink Moon. Please visit Pink Moon Camping

What size tent should I bring?

Although there is no restriction on tent size at In It Together we do ask that you are considerate to other campers and don’t bring anything that’s excessively large. If you take up more than a reasonable amount of space for your group, you will be asked to re-pitch.

Is boutique camping available?

Yes – we have teamed up with Pink Moon Camping to upgrade your camping experience with a wide selection of boutique tents and facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please visit Pink Moon Camping

Are there showers in the campsite? 

Yes, there are showers in the campsite available for festival goers to use across the weekend. Please bring your own towel, shampoo and shower gel.

Is there a campsite shop?

Yes, there will be a convenience store and a number of food and drink traders in the campsite for all your camping needs.

Can I bring a picnic?

Campers are welcome to bring food to the campsites, although there will also be concessions here serving coffee and breakfasts each morning and throughout the day. A wide selection of food and drink will be available for purchase in the Main Arena, where festival-goers will not be permitted to bring their own items for consumption with the exception of baby food for the littlest ones.

Can I light a campfire or barbecue?

For safety reasons, In It Together does not permit campfires or open gas fires in the campsite. There will however, be a designated bbq area alongside lots of delicious food stalls on site to ensure you’re well fed across the weekend. Any festival goer found starting a fire will be asked to leave the festival immediately.

Can I bring a stove?

Campers wishing to bring stoves should only bring purpose-built gas stoves with small gas bottles (2.2kg). No spare bottles are to be brought. These stoves can only be used for cooking in a designated area of the Campsite, and should not be used inside individual tents. No other LPG should be on site.

Can I bring my dog?

As much as we love dogs, things would get a little chaotic if every man and his dog came along. So we’ve decided the men (and women and children) can come, but the dogs must stay at home. Guide and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

Will there be somewhere to charge my phone?

Yes. Phone charging stations will be available at an additional cost in the campsite at In It Together. You can prebook yours here.

Can I bring my gazebo?

No. Gazebos are not permitted in In It Together as we have limited camping space.

What is your litter policy?

We ask that all festival goers help us minimise waste and participate in our recycling initiatives across the weekend ensuring rubbish is disposed of in the ample bins provided and the land is looked after during your stay.

 

Restricted Items

 

The following list is prohibited from In It Together; Glass items, candles, gas canisters, flares, knives, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, animals, fireworks, smoke canisters, poles, drones and any items which in the absolute discretion of the Promoter are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the Festival are prohibited. Everyone will be searched on entry and management reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Can I bring my motorhome or caravan?

Yes you can – the allocated pitch size for camper vans and caravans is 8m x 6m. Due to uneven ground in some areas, please take precautions to ensure that your vehicle is securely stationed. Please note for those with caravans and trailer tents, please note that towing vehicles must be removed from the Campsite and parked in the public car park.

Please note you must purchase a Motorhome pitch in addition to the cost of your weekend camping tickets.

Do motorhomes include electrical hook up?

Yes all motorhomes include electrical hook up. But please be aware that no hookups are available for water within the Campsite.

Can we have a tent or awning next to our motorhome?

Sadly, we do not allow separate tents to be erected alongside your campervan/ motor homes. However, if you wish to erect an awning, this is possible. We kindly ask that you allow 2m of space between your own awning and your neighbours plot and that any awning fits within your 8m x 6m pitch size.

Please note, all awning is erected at the discretion of the campsite manager, and you may be asked to remove it if it deemed obstructive to the surrounding pitches.

Can I park my car and Campervan alongside tents?

In the general campervan area, cars and campervans will be parked in a designated area and cannot be parked alongside tents.

Food & Drink

What food and drink facilities will be available?

In It Together has a wide variety of food and drink facilities available with various cuisines on offer, there’s something for everyone at this summer’s event. A full list of our food trader vendors will be published on our website soon.

Where can I get drinking water?

There are several standpipes that contain free, clean drinking water in the campsites and main arena. Please bring a container that you can refill during the weekend. Bottled water will also be available to purchase at the catering units and bars throughout the site. Please identify yourself with these points and ensure you stay hydrated across the weekend.

Can I bring my own alcohol to In It Together?

We have a wide selection of beer, cider, wine and cocktails available across the main arena for you to enjoy during the weekend.

If you are camping you are permitted to bring in your own alcohol. When unloading your camping equipment from your car, you are only permitted to bring alcohol in on the FIRST trip, all other attempts to bring in alcohol will not be allowed. Please see below on what you can and can’t bring and thank you for your understanding:

You can bring the following into the campsite PER PERSON:

  • EITHER 10 x cans of beer or lager or cider
  • OR 10 premixed spirit cans (max 250ml)
  • OR 1 bottle of wine decanted into a plastic bottle

Please note

  • Strictly no spirits or hard liquor are permitted
  • No glass is permitted on site
  • Searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with
  • Any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated
  • This alcohol may only be consumed within the campsite
  • Sealed bottles of water and soft drinks are allowed, but will be checked on entry to the site. There will be no limit on soft drinks
  • No pass-outs or readmission will be permitted for the duration of the festival
  • A wide selection of beer, wine and cocktails will be available in the main arena across the weekend

Can I bring my own alcohol and food into the main arena? 

No. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol or food into the main arena at the festival, this is to only be consumed within the campsite. Bins will be provided at the gates to dispose of any items before entering the main arena.

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options available?

Yes. There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available on site, but if you have any other very particular food requirements we do recommend you come prepared.

What time can I get breakfast at In It Together?

The campsite food stalls will be open from 8AM. There will be a wide range of teas, coffees, smoothies and delicious food to start your day the right way!

Accessibility

In It Together is held at Old Park Farm and as such there is some uneven ground. Whilst every precaution is being made, the weather conditions can dramatically affect the ground conditions so wherever possible please try to consider what preparations you may need to make and equipment you may need to bring along.

Bookable access facilities:

After significant feedback from In It Together 2022, we are working hard behind the scenes to provide improved accessible features within the festival for 2023. As a result, we are currently reworking our Access Requirement form to be more suited in order for us to provide these improved features. Once complete, you will need pre-booked using the Access Requirement form, please email accessibility@escaperecords.co.uk to receive this. This form and the required evidence must be sent to us once you have purchased a ticket.

2 for 1 Tickets for Personal Assistant:

We provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend our events without bringing a personal assistant. Once you have bought a full price ticket, please fill in the access requirement form and provide us with a form of evidence as listed on the form to receive your personal assistant ticket.

Accessible Toilets

There will be a number of accessible toilets located on the festival site and within the campsite.

Accessible Camping Wristband:

  • On arrival, there will be an Access Information Point where customers can collect further information on access within the festival site. It is also here that additional pre-agreed wristbands can be collected.
  • The accessible campsite will be cordoned off from general camping. There will be a number of accessible toilets and showers. Please assist us with planning by letting us know if you intend to use this service when completing the Access Requirement Form.
  • Near to the Accessible Campsite there are village services (bar, concessions, information point and welfare).

  • Accessible showers and toilets
  • Fresh water points
  • Waste disposal point

Accessible Parking Pass

An Accessible Car Park is located within the Accessible Campsite perimeter. Customers are allowed to park their cars near their tent in a designated car park, but not directly next to their tent.

Family

Will there be family activities on site?

Yes we have teamed up with Junior Jungle to provide a daily programme of incredible family activities.

Will there be family camping?

Yes, we have a designated family campsite which is conveniently located near the car park and close to amenities.

What does a Family ticket include?

A family ticket includes entry for two adults and two children, as well as access to the family campsite.
